As part of the contempt, ask the judge to order counseling for you and your daughter to help rectify the alienation.

And to add to that, bring extra copies, at least enough for you, her, and the judge.

If it were me, I'd have 2 or 3 extra copies, but I just like to be over-prepared. Just in case.
