my son and I live in connecticut and his father lives in scottsdale, arizona. he has not paid child support in 2 years my question is this, can I have him arrested?

Do you have a court order for child support? If not, you should get one.

If you do have a court order, you can file a motion for contempt/child support, or you can contact your local child support enforcement office for assistance.
