I have a Judgement issued by the Duval Circuit court of Florida in Jacksonville, FL, against the defendant in my case. I have filed a tax lien against property they own. The judge ordered them to complete an information sheet which I have never received and they will not complete. I have filed a writ of execution with the County Sherrif's office. (Don't know what it was for but it cost me another $20)

My Question is this: Is there anything I can do such as have their wages garnished, banking account garnished or the such? How about filing a complaint with the credit Bureaus? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You need to go to a large bookstore or library and get a book titled "How to Win in Small Claims Court in Florida". The last chapter or two will detail how to collect your judgment.

Additionally, you could contact the court in writing and advise them that the debtor has failed to comply with the courts order to provide information. Ask the judge to set a motion to compel their answers. The court should be able to help you with this.
