What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WA

Divorce, initial custody, and modification of custody were all entered in Oregon. I have always lived in Washington, ex-wife lived in Oregon at time of divorce, but relocated to California shortly thereafter. I was granted primary custody in Oregon, due to abandonment and neglect.

Child has lived as a resident of the state of Washington for 18 months.

Ex-wife has lived in Arizona, California and is now back in Oregon.

My question is how do I go about getting Washington to have jurisdiction over this case? I need to again modify the parenting plan, and would like to have this in the court where I reside.

Any advice is appreciated.
