Hi

I'm looking for some advice.

When i was 16 (now 25) i was convicted of assault after a playground fight. I was 15 when it actually happened.

I am wondering how this could effect me getting into the US. We visited New York in 2002 and I ticked no criminal convictions on the Visa waiver form because I feared not getting in when we got there. Everything went fine at immigration and we had a good holiday.

We are hoping to return to the US to tour california and I am wondering what to do. Should i just keep quiet like the last time and everthing will be ok. Or should i do something else.

Any advice welcome.
