What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
My dad and i are equal owners in my townhouse. This has never been his residence i have lived here since it was purchaced. It has been my perminent residence. He is now trying to make me move out for no reason. We both own 50% each. Were do i stand legealy?

He can't make you move out if you are an owner.
He can try to get a court action called a partition to force the property to be sold. You don't get any special rights for living there.

You get 100% use of the property, Dad does not. Are you financially compensating dad? After all, if there were a tenant, he'd be entitled to 50% of rental profits.
