What is the name of your state? CA

I have seen an attorney and given all of my information to file a CH 7. The attorney told me not to list the equalizer on the forms... this concerns me. The Equalizer was awarded to me to offset credit card debt incurred during marriage.

I was granted an Equalizer in my divorce December 14, 1999 payable in the amount of $22,067.39 with payments in the amount of $200.00 a month beginning January 2000. To date, I have never received a single payment.

The attorney said not to list it since I do not receive payments as not to raise a red flag.

I need some feedback as to NOT listing this judgment that I am holding against my ex-husband. As far as I am concerned the Trustee can have the judgment to try to secure restitution of the funds to be paid to the creditors... I doubt if I will ever be able to collect.

Thanks,
