The divorce is final, and the date to finish our equitable distribution has passed, according to my divorce lawyer. Do I have any way to sue my ex into selling or refinancing so my name will be removed from the mortgage?

It is my understanding that what you do is to take your ex back into court for a contempt of court. If I understand what you are saying, she was to remove your name from the mortgage. She didn't do this by the date she was supposed to. Thus, you go back to court and the judge will then take steps to enforce that order for you.
