What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania.
Hello, I would like to see if anyone would be willing to talk over the phone to go over an Equity Investment Contract and explain the legal terminology with me. Would that be possible?

No. That is way beyond the scope of this site, which you would have know had you read the TOS. (Sorry..that sounds rude and I don't mean to be..)

You should consult with a local attorney. Good luck and Happy Holidays!

This isn't a find a lawyer to chat forum. Feel free to list the terms you don't understand and I'm sure the volunteers would be happy to help.

No it’s not a right now offer that won’t last. I’m just anxious to see what a lawyer would have to say about some of the terminology. I’m in a hurry cause of my own interest in the situation, not anything to do with the other end. Everything with the other party seems to be legitimate at this point, just need a second opinion and some advice, that’s all.

Contract analysis is considered the practice of law and for such a review you will need an attorney licensed to practice in your own jurisdiction. No one on this forum - whether attorney or not - can offer an online legal analysis.

If understanding the terms of the contract is important to you (and it should be), you can contact your state Bar association or visit AttorneyPages.com (https://attorneypages.com) to find an attorney local to you.

Good luck.
