My question is that they are also taking my federal income tax every year. I do owe some arrears but the court has also raised my support by 50 dollars every two weeks to pay back the arrears. How long can they keep taking it? I received a refund 2 years ago and now they just took this latest years. The 50 dollars is the most they can take according to law, and based on what I make.
