If the mother is married to another man during conception is the husband legally the father in washington state? The mother was married at the time but in the process of starting a divorce, she was not legally seperated or any thing but is divorced now.

Would the court examine this at all? is it even worth bringing up? paternity is in question and i'm currently overseas. Could this be used to delay a hearing until i get back? or will they not even look at this if she says her exhusband is not the father?

The father is (1) the man who is on the birth certificate OR (B) the man who is found to be the father by a court.

I can't tell you who wants what here; I don't know any of y'all.
