What is the name of your state? Arkansas

I am an heir to an estate. The estate is all cash. The estate lawyer sent out a proposed distribution of money and I signed a notarized waiver of a heaing and agreement to proposed distribution and sent it back to the estate lawyer. Shortly thereafter, a new propsed distribution ( based on reinterpreting the will) was distributed. The estate lawyer discarded the first waivers. My amount of the distribution changed.

Once I signed the agreement to distribution, was there a contract with the estate? (Offer, acceptance, consideration). PLease note that the final distribution needs court approval.

There is an agreement but they have breached the agreement by reinterpreting/changing the original terms. You need a local probate attorney to challenge them on this by notifying them now it is going to be challenged in the current probate court proceedings if they don't agree to the original distribution.
