One of my vendors who sold me products on a monthly bases was having an affair with my wife. Can I start a lawsuit of some sort against his company for this type of behavior? I know that his actions are not warrented but I would like to take some sort of action against him. What can I do?

You have no legal right to sue this man's company. You may or may not be able to sue him for having an affair with your wife. That action used to be called alienation of affections. Some states have done away with that law. You will have to ask an attorney in your area if you can still bring this type of suit. You may want to ask a family law attorney, and you should be able to find one at attorneypages.com
