What is the name of your state? Beautiful Cali
Well I got a few questions answered ,in real time. After spending a good deal of the day talking on the phone or waiting for a call back, I learned that in my case eviction is a personnal vendetta
set forth by the kingpin of a receivership based management co.
to the best of my ability, to be polite and professinal I began with the guy at the trust company (the manager of the trust the building is in). Very nice gentleman, helpfully directed to the lady at the bank, that is the operational manager of the trust, and the person that assigned the managementco. to the building. nice open minded woman, listened to my issues suggested that seemed that my points were valid,& suggested i talk to the comidant at the man. co. (my sworn enime) Today was the second
time that we have spoke in over 5 yrs that i work for her and lived at"öne of her properties" Even though she received a precall from lady at the bank, on my behalf at my request. She, and I use the term loosely showed no intrest in my point. Yet having no trouble listening to a pair of tentants the are best discribed as jerry springerish soap opea syndrome bizzy bodies i have a clear paper trail of lies intagonistic actions and even illeagal background checks from cop sibling still back in chiacogo.
that brings me to my question portion what is a threat?
Being a handicapped caregiver I can't tell. I set for and heard comments designed to incourage me to move out of my moms apt. where I have lived for the last 5 years.
Comments like if you have any brains in your head,
" " integarty,
" " idea whats good for you,
" " an honorable bone in your body
" " don't want to she your mother on the street
" "" " your mom to loose her house.
And then stateing If your Mom needs someone to stay there with her to help her thats fine...but not you! and then I was acused of "going to threaten" her.. and THen I was treated to a 10 min barage of how many wonderful things she has done, and how what she did for a living inriched so many lives. making so many lives better. Finding it nearly impossiable to get a word in edgewise I thanked her for her time and hung up.
What should I do?
