What is the name of your state? Ky Is there not a law in ky that if u have children and r evicted that after being taken to court that the courts should give u more than 7 days to vacate the property?

My response:

Children are not a Free Ticket to housing. There is no extra "grace period" just because you have children. Money, and good behavior, are the tickets to housing.

You weren't wrongfully evicted - - especially if the court said that you must get out.
