What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I live in Mass. And I have an adult son that has struggled with rebellion all his life.
He is now a disruptive element in the home for his younger siblings, I have asked him to work or go to school of which he does neither. I would like to emancipate our family from him and evict him from our hiome. How do I do this.

He is an adult living in your home so according to the law you are a landlord. Follow the procedures in your state for providing written notice that his tenancy at will is over.

If he fails to leave in the specified time period, then file for eviction with the courts.
