What is the name of your state? Ohio

I have a roommate who is not on the lease and I want to evict. I have told her that I want her to leave in four days and it seems that she is complying with that but want to knwo what steps I need to take to evict her if she decides she dosnt feel like leaving. The month she has currently paid for is up on January 31, 2008. What do I need to do?

I posted this earlier and understand I must give a thirty day notice, how does this notice have to be served, is taping it to her door for when she returns considered service?

In OH, posting to the main door is considered a legal method of delivery. Take a dated digital picture of it hanging on her door just to prove you posted it on that day, and keep a copy of it (you'll need it if you have to file for eviction.)
