my bro-in-law has ,illegally, made his home (located in piscataway,n.j.), into a 2 family home by allowing a tenant to live in his already furnished basment, the prob is that this tenant lost his job & now owes my in-law 4 months back rent, does my in-law have any kind of law on his side that permits him to evict this person, or are his hands tied........... appreciate any & all responses.......... thank u

lets put it to you this way......

Is this a SMART tenant? Then it would be a good idea for your brother of offer him some MONEY.. YES $$$$$ CASHOLA to move.

Becuase your brother will get fined, and will probably have to spend money to undo the illegal apartment. If he actually tried to evict the tenant in court.

This is what i hate about dumbazz REDNECKS like your brother, he has no lick of common sense, to actually do it legally!
