we are a non profit organization recently we dimissed one of our volunteers who was residing at the facility. the facility houses parolees, this volunteer violated one of cdc rules in which staff whether volunteer or not, are not suppose to establish a relationship with parolees. this person did just that, when we approached the issue she promised that it would sease, consequently, she did not. on 4/3/01 i informed her that her services were no longer needed by our facility, she signed a letter which stated the reason as to why she was being terminated and that ther tenancy was contengient upon her status as a voluenteer, as that had ended we though she would vacate the primises, she signed a letter to that affect saying she would leave on th 4/6/01, she did not when we called the police they informed us that she had established residence and therefore we had to treat her as if she were a tenant, going thru the eviction process. this person is a threat to the facility safety of the residents who live here, it is very uncomfortable for them. can you suggest what we can to have this person leave our primisses. we are located in los angeles california.. thank you
