We recently filed BK7 and we are awaiting discharge. One of our accounts that will be getting discharged is an eviction judgement for many months past rent. I do not think it is on our Credit Report even now but how will it affect a future mortgage. Can an FHA mortgage be denied unless we pay it even though it was ofiicially discharged? We want to buy in two years.
