What is the name of your state?Florida

We are having to use our rent money for the bankruptcy. The landlord is probably going to evict us. Can we add our landlord's on our bankruptcy as our creditor? :confused:

Yep. Since you are "using your rent money for the bankruptcy", why didn't you ask your bankruptcy attorney that question??

i didnt' ask my attorney that question because it happened today. We're calling our attorney tomorrow i was just wondering if anyone knew any answers before then
