This is a mess!I sold my home 6ys ago moved to a apt. Mom and Dad went to live with my sister and rented out there home.(did't work out) came to live with me.I have been the only one of the children who have take care of them. Thay helped me alote being a single parent. Dad was not well wounted to go to his home that thay lived in for over 25yrs. So thats what we did. Didn't pay rent took care of houshold bills.When working. Dad passed away 2 1/2yrs ago. Mom and I lived in the home. Mom is not well mentaly now she is 86yrs old. Oh! she has bad mouthed me all my life. To my bother and sister and thay belived her. Sis passed 3yrs ago.Theres only my brother and me. Brother never came around my kid and I realy do't know him.But showed up after dad passed. to take care of my mothers money. That didn't go over big.He got into her money with out asking. Mom made up alote of things about me to him, thay came and picked to up 9 months ago. I gave 5 months and she would be calling me. Right on the botton.She was crying telling me my bother was taking her money and things. So I went there and she wounted to come home. This time my brother and I started to talk. He found out real soon how she really was. Thay had to seek help on how
to handle her. We would each keep her a few months at a time. That way it would give us all braks. Now I'am the good one his the bad one. Everything was fine until 2 weeks ago when she was here she tuned to the same old person she was. Took her home nothing was ever said until one week later. My brother called and said I have to move she wounts to sell the house. Mom also changes the well every time she is mad and then she sorry and wounts to fix it.Always behind the back of who ever she is mad at. I refused to do that when she was here that last time. I was sick of it. She doesn't need the money.
Well now I'am going to be on the streets she new I was starting a new bus. I'am the one who has worked on the house I was painting the out side and now this. There was no mention of selling the house befor this. She has damensha. My brother now is all invaled and helping her get me out. I know she said she would give hem money when the house sells. His wife and son are both in Real Estate! Talked to my brother and told him you know she is doing this because she made.
Said nothing he can do thats what she wount's. I told him make her waite at least 6 months and then do what she wounts.Thay waited alright got a eviction notice from a attorney to be out in 30 days the next week. I have no where to go and my business is still in the works. Befor this we both agreed she is not in her right mind. But I guess she had a merical healing,thay say is fine now. Is there anyting I can do ? All I asked for was a 6 months waite. Should I respond to the attoreny. I never was a tenant. This was my home.I have medical prof. about her mental state. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
