eviction notice

hi i am from ohio and i want to know if i wait to pay my rent for january on the 6th of february and not pay february until february 29th can i be evicted. the landlord told me not to go to her house but i went anyway and put the money in her mail box for january's rent after i got an evition notice and small claims notice for destroying her property. isn't it true if she takes the bate she can get in trouble if she has the money. also I gave false information on my application so she wouldn't get anything from me if she tried to sue. and my lease with section 8 states that i can't have anyone living with me but my boyfriend did and my father still does. could you please help? she is really getting me angry.

HOW DARE YOU, not pay the rent on time and have people living with you.....without the landlord's knowedge.

You are a disgrace to our country ripping off people with your section 8 voucher, destroying property.. giving false information is a CRIME you idiot.

You and that PIMP of a boyfriend better haul your asssss out of there because if I were the LL i would find a way to put you in JAIL!
