What is the name of your state? Ohio

My daughter and her two sons live in my house that I am paying the mortgage on. I do not live with them. They have lived there for six years and never paid any rent to me. The understanding was that she could live there until she was finished with college but now she has dropped out and has no intentions of going back. She has done a lot of damage to my house in the form of broken windows, ripped screens, broken doors. She lives like a pig and now has roaches. I told her she has to be out by the end of the year but I know that this will never happen. How can I evict her? We never had anything in writing and I have also told the social security office that she pays me $350.00 a month rent so that she can get disability for one of her sons because he is handicapped.

You'll need to go about a legal eviction, which includes giving written notice. It's best that you consult a landlord/tenant attorney, because if you do even 1 thing wrong, you'll put yourself in a position where you will need to start all over.
