Eviction of non-lease tenant

Virginia - We have a tenant with no written lease. We gave her 30 days notice but she refused to leave. She needs to be gone ASAP ! We know she is dong "illegal" thing's in the house. Any advice is will be greatly appreciated.

The first thing a landlord should do is learn and understand the L/T law.
So please do. You will learn that if you gave legal and proper notice to vacate and T refuses, you must now file Court action.
