What is the name of your state? Arizona

When I plea bargained with the plaintiffs attorney, he understood that I was not in the total wrong, and I wanted to not have an eviction on my record. He assured me he would write me a letter stating the facts, of why it was on my record and I was not in the wrong. Is this letter going to matter when I rent or try to get credit?

For renting, it really depends on the LL.

Personally, I do not care why an applicant was evicted. The fact that a LL had to take them to court to get them out is all it takes for me to reject the application.

Tenants have rights and by law are given time to rectify the situation or move out voluntarily BEFORE a complaint is filed with the court.
