What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MN

I am a landlord that shares my home with a renter. We both signed a lease agreement. She never ended up paying me the security deposit. She paid rent past the first 5 days of October after constant notices. I never collected a late payment. For November, again she paid rent late past the 5 first days of the month. However, she did not pay me the full amount and still owes me $200. I gave her an eviction notice and she seems quite aggravated. I'm fearful that she will damage my property (and/or hurt my dog who also lives at the house). And I highly doubt she will pay me the remaining rent for the month of Novemember. What other options do I have as the landlord to have her removed from my house ASAP? The eviction notice gave her 30-days, however, since she broke the lease, can I demand that she move out sooner?

In the past in our state partial payments were not allowed, so as long as you gave her proper notice to get out (whole rental period) if she doesnt leave by the end of the notice ( did you give only 30 day or whole rental period of notice back in oct for the last day of nov? or did you give notice in nov for her to be out last day of december ?) anyway at the end of the notice time if she refuses to leave your goiing to have to take her to court via UD hearing where she will get to either prove your notice was not valid OR tell the court what part of your notice she didnt understand. As a single adult she may be given anywhere from one day to 7 days to get out by the court.
