im 19 years old and my mom keeps threatening to throw me out .

does she need to evict me or can she just say get out and call the cops.

i've been told that she needs to evict me from a couple police officers but other officers say she doesnt need to.

You do NOT have a landlord-tenant relationship.
And since you are now a legal adult, she can simply order you out, so you better apologize and BEG to get back on her good side!!

Suggestion: Ask the alleged officers who gave you that cr@ppy advice if they will let you move in with them.
