My fiancee and I live in Riverside county Ca. We recieved a thirty day termination of tennancy notice from our landlords that we have been renting from for seven years. We have never not payed our rent and he has given us no reason why. We have decided to move, however,it is a poor time of year to be looking in our area and there isn't much available. My question is' how much time do we really have to find a place? Also, we sent a check in for this months rent, he cashed it and then sent us a refund for the remainder of the month, because our date to be out is in the middle of the month. He is not giving us much time, what can we do to hold this off until we can find suitable housing?

well you got your 30 days thats it.......

Now you will learn a hard lesson...never live without a lease.

I suggest you talk to your bosses and take all your sick days, your vacation and personal days and spend ALL of your time looking for a new place.

Nothing, unless you are under rent control.

Be out on time. Its your responsibility.
