we have sold a mobile home land contract to a lady who has failed to make any payments on time,and is behind in some payments, was suppose to make a 2000.00 lump sum payment and couldn't so we ammended the contract to raise her payment to make up for it. In our contract we stated that she must make all payments on time, and if she fails to uphold the contract and ammendment she must quit and move out in 30 days we have had enough!! It also states she must continue to make the lot rent payments until we resell the home. So, is this an eviction or forecloser, we still hold the title to the home and just want her to move out, so we may resell it. we live in michigan.
