i have just received a judgement and eviction order in the state of oklahoma, and what can I do if my tentants don't move out by the date posted. do i have the police come over for a forced eviceion, and can i take their remaining poperty and sell it for past due rent and damages.

Depends on OK law, which I don't know anything about.

Ususally, you can get a writ from the court, maybe even from just the clerk, instructing a law enforcement oficer to carry out the eviction (forced).

Then you have to take the writ, and get the law enforcement officer (Marshall, Sheriff, whoever) to serve the writ. You may have to pay for the cost of doing the eviction.

Be careful about selling possessions for back rent. Check the local laws. You may have to store to possession (at your cost, but tenants have to pay if they want it back) for a certain time until you can sell it. Details of how you must hold the sale may depened on local law.
