my landlord came to my house today and told me that due to being behind on my rental payments, my family and i have to be out by tomarrow!!! is this legal? he mentioned "forcefully" putting us out? what can i or should i do??
this is in the state of florida, (union county)

Call the police on the scumbag! call 911 if he even moves one piece of your stuff!

and have him arrested!

He must evict you in court of law.......

Remember we DO NOT live in some 3rd world Dictatorship..

Your landlord maybe a COMMIE or a NAZI,or a REDNECK but

his behavior is not acceptable in the Good Ole US of A!
