What is the name of your state? Mississippi

I have had my mobile home in this trailer park for approximately 23 years. The orginal owners sold the property a few years ago. I had a shed and fence that they wanted me to move to make room for another trailer, I said that since my trailer had been there so long and that I was approved to build my fence and shed where they were placed I asked for help in doing so. They refused. I haven't moved it, but I did start taking down the fence because the hurricane broke part of the tree on the lot, most is removed.

They are also requiring us to put wooden timbers in the yard to say where we are going to park, I can only park right in front of my trailer, since there is not much room to either side. Again I have refused to do this since I can only park in the front, and feel its their repsonsiblity to provide adaquate parking or bedding timbers nailed in the ground.

I haven't signed a lease in many years, I haven't been late on my rent even when I was displaced to another part of the state. I recieved this notice today with no reason to eviction but claiming a month to month rent. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I understand it. If you do not renew your lease when it expires then it automatically goes month to month.
