What is the name of your state? CA
I've read on previous posts how confusing it can be trying to prove who had what weekend in an EOW situation, especially when the court order is several years old. When trying to prove that a certain weekend visitation is/was yours, what can be used as evidence? Are calendars that have been used as a diary to keep track of visitations acceptable as proof? Is there a better way to document EOW's that would be more admissiable in court or to a police officer when trying to obtain a police report in the event that the CP denies visitation?
CP has recently tried to pull another one of her tricks on my husband. After receiving the boy's soccer schedule, CP realized that only on her weekends thru the end of Oct, the games occur on both Sat AND Sun. NCP's weekends only have a Sat. game. This would also get her out of having to pick up the boy at our home for the next two months. Therefore, she is now suddenly claiming that last weekend is NCP's, when it is CP's, as she's trying to switch the entire EOW schedule to convenience herself. NCP told CP that she is mistaken and he did not pick up the boy this past weekend. He's now afraid that CP will refuse visitation this coming weekend, claiming it's hers. When he calls the police, he knows he'll get the usual confusion about "how do they know this is his weekend?". If it comes down to it, I guess he'll just have to go to court and let them figure it out.
