What is the name of your state? indiana, i want to know do i need to file my exibits and witness list with the courts prior to first full custody hearing like you do with criminal and tort suits? is it more like informal, where when the judge ask my side to speak then i just say your honor, i have some exibits and witnesses for the court, then name them?
