i am preparing for trial without a lawyer. ex-wife has a lawyer. judge has twice reminded me about legality of evidence allowed.
Do you know what he may be talking about?
i am right in this case - she wants to stop child support - owes $1300 arrearages. her lawyer is trying to make me pay her retainer fee !!!
since judge has mentioned this at the last two continuances (about evidence brought up in trial) ... i want to be prepared according to law. and how can he expect me to pay him (her lawyer)?
thank you for any help you may have.
