Pittsburgh, PA: currently stuck with a roommate that has no respect for me or my things. Damaged personal property, no replacements for 7 months. i have a health condition that with stress gets worse. i want to move out and put a new person in my place can i do that without her agreement? can i break my lease legally? help!
