What is the name of your state? Washington State

My ex (girlfriend when I left the states) used my credit cards, didn't pay any bills, and spent ALL of my money while I was deployed to Iraq from April 2003 to March 2004. I am now ready to take her to court and get my money back and TRY and repair my credit. What rights do I have and what steps do I need to start taking? What is the name of your state?

My response:

Can you explain to me, and the court, how she got your credit cards?
