ex employer in nj suing me
i am being sued by my ex employer in new jersey for damage to an auto i drove while working,i have since quit and we never had an agreement that i would pay for any damages.i want to use the doctrine "respondeat superior" as one of my points of defense. can i?? and if so, where can i find a reading of the doctrine and also where can i find some precedents where the doctrine has been used. this is a small claims case.help is appreciated and needed kind of quickly..thanx
