What is the name of your state? IL

I recently won a case for arears in child support and medical bills ex has 60 days to pay.
He is going to file BK. Will this effect the order?

What about future Dr. bills that I give him? He has 30 days to pay those? Would there be any tricks I could use to protect myself. I was wondering if I switched the doctors we used, so that they would not be listed in his BK?

Suggestions ,tips , advice, would be appreciated. Thankyou

Won't affect child support.

But I don't understand what you're asking about the medical bills. He owes for yours, or the child? I believe he can get those dismissed. Some districts have ruled that debts that weren't included/left out/forgotten in the petition are discharged regardless. If you switch doctors and run up medical bills and don't inform him before he files, so that he can include- I'm not sure if there is any recourse that he can take. I would think he'd be able to have his lawyer get those included though if it's shown that your purposely concealed them.
As for bills after he files, he responsible for those either way.

One of the veterans around here will have more info.

No need for any tricks.
Court ordered child/spousal support obligations can't be discharged.
Were I you, I'd write a very polite and respectful letter to the trustee outling the court order along with a copy of the order and I'd send a copy of that letter to his attorney. Don't contact the ex directly-he is protected by the automatic stay against any collection activity.
I'd also show up at the 341 meeting and politely inform him and his attorney that once the bk is discharged you expect the domestic relations order to be carried out.
