A girlfriend was living with me (less than a year) and we planned to get married. She suggested we purchase an investment property which she had located. As her credit was bad she could not be on the purchase and sale agreement. I put up ALL the money to buy the property, she worked a couple weeks in fixing the property up and was paid for this work. She is not on the title or the mortgage. We broke up and now she says she owns half the investment property and will take me to court etc. I don't mind paying her a finder fee for locating the property.

What is the likelihood she could prevail in a suit for half of this property?
