My ex husband has been telling people that I cheated on him and slept with " all kinds" people.
This is not true what so ever. He has even told some of my friends this, and our 4 year old son.

I have witnesses, would this be a pursuable case?

You dont need all that. Just get notarized statements from everyone he said it to, keep a jpurnal of how this is damaging your life and reputation and then sue him. More than likely, it will not make it into court
