ex-husband not paying his bills

I was married and divorced in Oklahoma. married for 1 1/2 years. during that time i co-signed on a loan for my ex to buy a truck. in the divorce papers it is his responsibility to pay the loan. he is paying the loan but only every 60+ days. So the loan is being reported on my good credit report as delinquent. he wont refinance the loan under his name because the creditors wont allow it. what should i do to clear my name?

Take him back into court on an Order to Show Cause Re: Contempt of Court.

Let the judge handle him.
