My sister lives in CA and is officially divorced from her husband. They are now working on a settlement and child custody issues. Last week at a hearing, with a hand written note before the hearing, her ex husband changed attorneys. His new attorney happens to be his girlfriend. This women now has the opportunity to question my sister, negotiate with my sister's attorney, etc. Is there any way my sister can stop this from happening? Originally her attorney mentioned filing an injunction to have the girlfriend attorney removed, but now he says he can't. This seems to be one more way her ex can try to bully and harrass her. OBTW a TRO has been placed on him. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Sincerely, Outdoor
