i live in south carolina but my divorce was filed/finalized in west virginia. my ex has been ordered to do several things including maintaining a life insurance policy of at least 50k naming me as the beneficiary, removing my name from a home and the from the mortgage on the home or selling the home and paying 50% of our children's medical expenses not covered by insurance. he has not abided by any of these orders and has fallen behind on the mortgage payment which is damaging my credit. what can i do to enforce this order?

Take him back to court in WV and show your proof that he is not in compliance with the courts order. They will then either direct him to comply within a specific time or provide punishment (3 meals a day in a county 'hotel').
