What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

If I file a motion to change visitation and the ex doesn't show up to court, what happens?

The ex has been served and will not hire a lawyer due to cost or travel the few hours it takes to get here. Will the judge just rule in my favor or call another court date?

A no-show usually results in a ruling in your favor by default. I don't think one would need a lawyer for this, unless there are more issues involved. I've read where they've done some hearings on the phone, but I am not certain on the specifics. It could also be possible that he could file a request for continuance. A continuance is not a guarantee.
