ex parte appeals

I have received a FINAL refusal to register a trademark, and have filed an appeal. Where can I find a copy of either a standard example of an ex parte appeal, or a copy of someone else's successful ex parte appeal, so that I may write my own using the correct mumbo-jumbo. I have the PTO's "CHAPTER 1200 EX PARTE APPEALS", but seeing a real one would certainly help.
