What is the name of your state (only U.S.
law)? Montana to California. I am going through a divorce in California. I currently live, work.and a resident of Montana. Due to travelling back and forth to hearings between Cali and Montana, attorney fees, child support/alimony, I have had to let my attorney go from representing me. The.other attorney filed an ex parte for a deposition for next tuesday. Because of financial hardships, I may not be able to make it. Question is, is a California ex parte order recognized and enforceable in Montana? If so, is there anything I can do to delay or continue the.depo to another date until I can get funds to travel?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You really need to have an attorney if you can't travel back and forth for EVERY hearing.

Yes, a CA order is enforceable in MT. The only thing you can do is to get an attorney to represent you in CA.

Only if that courtroom is set up to accept CourtCall - and depositions aren't generally done inside of a courtroom anyway.
