My ex husband according to the divorce decree is to take responsibility for the car that he is driving. The divorce was finalized in July 2011 and the vehicle is still in my name and I am paying for it and the insurance. Is there anything that I can legally do to retrieve the car or make him stop ignoring me and the divorce decree?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Exactly HOW was your ex husband supposed to take responsibility for the car? Word for word, what does the divorce decree say regarding the vehicle and his responsibility for it (leaving the names out, pls)?

All the it says is "husband is responsible for the remainder of the Cadillac loan". I did the divorce myself and I am sure that I left loop holes due to inexperience.
