I have domiciliary custody of my two children for the nine months of the school year and my ex-spouse gets them for the summer. I sent my older son to live with her in Dec 1996. He kept disrespecting my new spouse because my ex told him to when they visited with her in Puerto Rico. I am active duty Army at Fort Stewart, GA. I kept the younger one since he is not corrupted by my ex. He just left on July 2, 2000 to see his mom for the summer. I got a call from her last week which she says she intends not to send him back. I told her I would contact the FBI. I only want the younger one back, but she either threatens to send both of them back or neither. I have been after her time and time again to fix this in court, but as always she does not cooperate with me. Can I have her arrested? What can I do? I can't afford a lawyer now! Help! Please!

You only want one child to visit you because your ex told him to disrespect your wife? So now you only want one child back? If you are supposed to have both children with you for the nine months of the school year, you only want one,and she "threatens" to send two...you are the one with the problem.

If you don't want your "disrespectful" son to live with you any longer..you go into court and "fix it". It's not her responsibility.

How in the world is that child that you do not want supposed to feel? This whole thing sounds pretty damned selfish to me.

Gee..I wonder why kids are having such major problems these days...

I know that if my wife had the choice between her daughter and me.. She would be packing my bags. Even if her daughter was disrepecting me..
